Guidelines

  1. Conference registration is mandatory before submitting an abstract.
  2. Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and should be structured: Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
  3. Oral presentations: 8 minutes (6 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion).
  4. One member may present only one paper or poster.
  5. Preference will be given to submissions aligned with the conference theme and key domains.
  6. Accepted work must be presented in person by the registered presenter, without changes to content.
  7. Acceptance is subject to the decision of the Scientific Committee, which shall be final and binding.
